Water meter automatic interpretation monitoring system


In order to solve the industrial production of remote monitoring of the water level inside the boiler, this paper designed a water meter automatic interpretation of surveillance systems,oil tank monitoring system and implement the core components of this system, namely embedded video processing platform. Based on the proposed multi-space, the water level meter multi-wavelet transform algorithm to interpret the simulation test, the method is applied to the interpretation of the system to improve the level instrument to achieve a real-time monitoring and automatic interpretation of results.

Experimental results show that the system can effectively identify water level meter red and green stripe cut-off point in a complex background monitoring,mechanical fuel level gauge , so that the water level is calculated to determine the location and height of the water level accurately and efficiently.

Tank level indication and alarm system design

A composite material structure impact positioning integrated monitoring system


In order to enhance the impact of the composite structure of the integration of real-time positioning and monitoring systems,fuel monitoring system developed a set of integrated monitoring system for the impact location PXI bus-based architecture designed based on four-channel launch trigger programmable gain amplifier and acoustic charge PXI bus. plug-in hardware weak charge signal is converted to a voltage signal,automated fuel management system and to achieve four amplification control and filtering and produces ultra-wideband multi-channel signal threshold trigger signal.

  Integrated software development platform based on VC ++, and Matlab localization algorithm for controlling the hardware to work and deal with the collected sensor signal arrival time positioning algorithm uses the modified between the sound source and the sensor to assess the state of the structure.


  According to the four-point arc impact source coordinate positioning algorithm. Finally,mechanical fuel level gauge , in the aircraft fuel tank of carbon fiber composite material structure of the function of the system is verified research results show that the system can impact the structure of on-line monitoring, and accurately determine the impact position error is less than 2cm. The system highly integrated, compact, easy to carry, is conducive to passive monitoring of engineering applications.
